The latest issue of the International Legal Technology Association's quarterly journal, Peer to Peer, features an article entitled "Trends in Risk Management: Understanding and Responding to a Changing Risk Landscape" by IntApp VP of Sales, Pat Archbold. Mr. Archbold explores how the current economic downturn is creating new risks for law firms. He also discusses a formalized framework known as "governance, risk and compliance" or GRC that can help firms understand and manage risk.
