Time Builder software creates an automatic "daily diary" of attorney activity to help ensure that all billable activity is recorded

Time Builder enables law firms to increase revenue by capturing billable time that is missed or under-billed. It does this by providing attorneys with an accurate, consolidated journal of client/matter-related activity, generated by automatically monitoring the key applications they use throughout the day. Tracked systems include document creation, email, calendar, phone, and mobile devices.
Attorney activity journals are cross-referenced against client matter information and provided in a "daily timesheet" format available as an automated email or paper printout. This approach allows attorneys to more easily record and enter time, often finding lost or overlooked work. Additionally, by simplifying time tracking, Time Builder increases attorney satisfaction while accelerating internal pre-bill review and external client collections.
