The latest issue of the International Legal Technology Association's quarterly journal, Peer to Peer, features an article entitled "Managing Information Risk with Lateral Hires and Lawyer Departures" by the Head of IntApp's Risk Practice, Pat Archbold. Mr. Archbold explores current trends in screening practices and the data leakage risks firms face if they don't employ the strictest screening measures available.
