Law firms must closely manage and track internal access to client information for many reasons. These include waiver-driven ethical screens, client outside counsel guidelines, and compliance with regulations such as the HITECH Act, ITAR and several data privacy laws.
Wall Builder is a web-based ethical walls and confidentiality management software application that enables organizations to centrally control, monitor and report on user access permissions across multiple applications, including document management, accounting, portal, CRM, time entry and records management systems. It also automates notifications to individuals subject to specific policies and tracks acknowledgments for compliance purposes.
"This is the third straight year we've seen independent, third-party ILTA data confirm what we're experiencing in the market first-hand -- strong adoption of IntApp Wall Builder across all of the law firm audiences we serve," said Pat Archbold, head of IntApp's Risk Practice Group. "We're particularly pleased to see a growing number of mid-sized firms take advantage of our unique and unmatched experience deploying confidentiality software in real-world environments, enabling them to quickly implement modern confidentiality controls, without unnecessary IT risk and uncertainty."
