Case Study -- Cozen O'Connor

Cozen O'Connor creates and updates Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, DOCS Open and Peregrine accounts in real time based on changes to its Entré HRIS system through IntApp.

Additionally, Cozen also uses IntApp to update over 1000 mailing lists as user data changes and to automatically propagate user contact information across the firm for download into office manager PDAs.

The firm has several future projects in development, including:

• Extending its account provisioning process to include its Nortel phone system
• Collecting and propagating HR data from Entré and ADP to local departmental data repositories such as Microsoft Access and SQL Server
• Communicating client and matter data in real time from Elite across a variety of dependent systems
• Implementing real-time ethical walls across DOCS Open libraries
