Before bringing Integration Appliance in-house, Reed Smith was expending significant IT resources managing and updating email distribution lists manually through Active Directory. This was a burdensome task as the organization has over 1000 mailing lists, some containing as many as 100 nested lists.
Reed Smith deployed IntApp to automate and extend this process, using personnel data stored in its Ceridian HR system to ensure that group memberships stay up to date as employees join, leave or move within the organization.
