Product FAQ

  1. How is Attorney Provisioning delivered?

Attorney Provisioning leverages IntApp's data integration product, Integration Builder, to connect and manage personnel data across the firm's key legal applications.

  2. Does IntApp provide professional services to help implement user provisioning?

Many organizations successfully implement user account provisioning themselves, using Integration Builder's intuitive design interface and integration templates. Some firms choose to take advantage of training from IntApp or professional services from a certified IntApp partner to design and implement the user and account management configuration that best meets their specific needs.

  3. Is this product only for attorneys?

No, firms can configure provisioning rules to handle all user accounts at their firms. Special accounts and security privileges can be set up to manage staff, contractors, lateral hires and other types of users.

  4. Does Attorney Provisioning assist with processes other than new hire setup?

In addition to streamlining the initial setup, firms can configure rules that instantly update records following name changes, relocations, or internal requests.

Customer Testimonial

"I would tell any law firm that if they want to automate processes, synchronize their data, report on anomalous behavior and make sure that their data is intact, and verified and checked on a regular basis, it would be completely short-sighted to think that it should not be done with IntApp."
