  1. What applications does Time Builder support?

    Time Builder currently supports a broad range of standard legal applications including:
    • Email: Microsoft Exchange
    • Mobile: BlackBerry Devices

    • VoIP Phones: Cisco, Avaya
    • Document Management: Interwoven, Open Text/Hummingbird

  2. How does Time Builder tie in to existing time entry applications?

    IntApp has worked directly with several vendors including Thomson Elite, the makers of WebView, and APS, the makers of DTE to create native integrations with their respective products.

  3. What if attorneys fear this new "monitoring?"

    Time Builder is not spyware. It doesn't log keystrokes. It doesn't trigger sirens when the kids call for help on their homework. Attorneys will always put in the effort to meet their billing requirements. Time Builder is simply a tool that's designed to help them be more efficient by consolidating information that already exists in firm applications. It's not designed to be Big Brother. Attorneys that wish to opt out can simply deactivate it through the web-based management console.

  4. Is it difficult to deploy?

    Implementation is straightforward. Working directly with IntApp or a certified service partner, firms can roll out Time Builder in under two weeks. As a web-based application, the solution is easily accessible to timekeepers and intuitive to configure and use.

  5. What kind of product support do you offer?

    IntApp offers a variety of end user and IT support including documentation and direct technical support through phone and email. Technical support is presently available during normal business hours, Monday through Friday.
