This month, we’re excited to recognize teammates Maria Goldfinch, Office Manager, and Simara McDermott-Dixon, Executive Assistant and Operations Support, as our Intapp Heroes. Based in London, both are known for their incredible work ethic, deep focus on taking care of staff needs, and seamlessly getting the new Intapp London office up and running.
“Maria and Simara have done an incredible job pulling together our new office, given the pandemic and other related challenges during that time,” said Samia Rauf, Regional Managing Director at Intapp. “The new space is incredible, and everything has been thought through to ensure our office runs smoothly for our colleagues and clients. They have made moving to our new office a completely joyful experience.”
Many colleagues highlighted Goldfinch and McDermott-Dixon as amazing examples of what it means to be team players, as they both support many colleagues and work extremely hard to accommodate ideas and suggestions. “With the huge office move that recently took place, Simara and Maria have really gone above and beyond in making sure all is taken care of and providing incentives to come into the office,” said Sadou Diallo, Associate Managing Director at Intapp. “From office lunches to dog-friendly environments, they’ve gone the extra mile to make sure the office is a brilliant environment for all.”
