Managing and manipulating data and configuration settings in Microsoft Exchange
To help accelerate customer success, Intapp has developed an extensive library of project templates. The Intapp Integrate Rule Library offers over 200 templates, providing IT staff with a solid framework to quickly address a wide variety of common use cases and tasks.
While no two firms are identical, many face the same set of challenges, particularly with regard to process automation and data communication. Firms that partner with Intapp benefit from the past and present experience of their peers. The Intapp Integrate Rule Library provides resources created by Intapp, services partners and customers.
It provides templates for working with common systems including Microsoft Active Directory, HR applications, accounting applications, and document management systems. These templates address a broad range of the most commonly encountered integration challenges facing firms, and some customer experiments, including rules for:
Connecting client, matter or engagement data in a finance system (Elite or Aderant) with a document management system (iManage, DM5 or NetDocuments)
Executing legacy database code (SSIS, DTS, stored procedures)
Generating automated, custom reports and event-driven notifications, distributed via email or text alerts
Posting to Twitter. Making automated VoIP phone calls. Interfacing with almost any system with a database or API

Of course, no vendor can (honestly) promise a “template” that provides an out of box “solution” for a complicated, multi-faceted business problem. But these rules regularly get users “80% of the way” toward addressing complex projects, subject to tweaking and configuring to local requirements.
Intapp Integrate rules are endorsed by a broad set of industry-standard software providers and are regularly tested and extended by Intapp. These resources not only speed project execution but they also support users who may not be deeply familiar with the systems or standards they need to integrate with. In those instances, in addition to the rule library, Intapp offers direct support and access to the Intapp Customer Community forums, where peers regularly ask for and get help from each other on technical issues and best practices.
Together, the library, the Intapp Customer Community and other Intapp support programs provide a growing body of resources that effectively share the lessons, experience and expertise among all Intapp Integrate customers.
