Lokesh Seth
Co-President, Financial Services
and General Manager, DealCloud
Lokesh Seth is responsible for setting strategy and leading development of DealCloud products and services at Intapp. He established a distinguished track record of integrating technology and market needs to create innovative products, and has brought many award-winning solutions to market. Previously, Seth was Chief Technology Officer at iLEVEL, a Blackstone Group technology spinout, where he built a leading portfolio-monitoring platform for private capital. Prior to iLEVEL, Seth headed the Product and Strategy group at Connotate, where he led the development of the firm’s intelligent agent platform. As CTO at Serviceware, he guided the company through a successful IPO.

Karthik Srinivasan
Executive Vice President, Product and Research and Development
Karthik Srinivasan serves as Executive Vice President for Product and Research and Development (R&D), overseeing Intapp R&D efforts and collaborating with senior leaders and general managers. Prior to joining Intapp, Srinivasan held the dual role of Senior Vice President of SAP Cloud and Head of Ariba Network Product and Engineering at SAP, where he managed the R&D organization that developed products generating more than $500 million in revenue. Previously, Srinivasan served as Chief Technology Officer at E2open — the first cloud-based solution for direct supply chain collaboration and execution — and Vice President of Products at Citibank. He holds a master’s degree in computer science from the University of Pune in Maharashtra, India.

Duane Rusten
Senior Vice President, Client Services
Duane Rusten leads the global Intapp Professional Services and Support team responsible for helping clients adopt and realize the value of Intapp products and solutions. Prior to this role, Rusten was Vice President of Watson Health Implementations at IBM, where he led a team of more than 2,500 global resources focused on assisting health care clients adopt leading-edge cognitive solutions. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from University of Nebraska with an Information Sciences minor, and was elected to Beta Alpha Psi, an international honor society for accounting, finance, and information systems.

Lavinia Calvert
VP, Legal Industry Principal, DealCloud
Lavinia Calvert leads the global go-to-market strategy for legal industry solutions at Intapp. In this role, Calvert is responsible for working with a cross-functional team of industry specialists to drive growth, strategic client relationships, and continuous product innovation. Calvert brings a deep and diverse base of international business experience spanning the fintech, media, and legal sectors. She has held several executive leadership roles in the U.S., Japan, Australia, and New Zealand, including Chief Marketing Officer at OnePlace prior to its acquisition by Intapp in 2019, Chief Marketing Officer at IP law firm AJ Park, and Vice President, Asia Pacific and Executive Vice President, Strategy and Marketing at Reuters Media. Calvert has a bachelor’s degree in business and post-graduate honors in marketing from Massey University in New Zealand.

Nigel Riley
General Manager, Risk and Compliance Solutions
Nigel Riley leads the Risk and Compliance Solutions business at Intapp. He is responsible for setting strategy and driving growth for Intapp risk products, which address the unique challenges facing financial and professional services firms. Prior to joining Intapp, Riley served as COO of JP Morgan Chase’s Global Conflicts function, where he led strategic and technology initiatives. In all, he spent 15 years working in various technology and COO roles within JP Morgan Chase’s Investment Banking business in London, Hong Kong, and New York. Riley earned his bachelor’s degree in history from the University of Birmingham, and earned his certification from Pragmatic Marketing.

Christopher Kraft
General Manager, Operations and Finance Solutions
Christopher Kraft leads the operations and finance solutions business at Intapp. With more than 15 years’ experience driving growth across a variety of web technology businesses and industries, Kraft brings deep expertise in product management, marketing, corporate development, and strategic alliances. Prior to his role at Intapp, Kraft served as Senior Vice President and Chief Growth Officer at Mitratech, a provider of end-to-end solutions for information governance and data privacy. At Vista Consulting Group, he led product management strategy, planning, and operations for the Vista Equity Partners portfolio companies. Kraft earned his bachelor’s degree in Finance at Indiana University, and certification from Pragmatic Marketing.

Pat Archbold
General Manager, Collaboration and Content
Pat Archbold leads the Collaboration and Content solutions business at Intapp. He is responsible for setting strategy and driving growth for the unit across all of our industry groups. As one of Intapp’s longest-tenured employees, Pat leverages his depth of knowledge about Intapp solutions to ensure that our Collaboration and Content offerings help firms leverage their existing Intapp investments. Prior to taking on the General Manager role, Pat served in multiple roles at Intapp, helping to drive innovation and create new categories. His initial area of focus was in risk management, where he helped establish Intapp as the market leader for risk management in professional services. Under his leadership, the risk practice experienced exponential growth and expanded internationally. He has spent the past few years driving Intapp’s “Connected Firm” initiative. Prior to joining Intapp, Pat ran the North American legal business unit for OpenText, had an ownership stake in a professional services consulting business, and worked in the publishing industry. He earned his bachelor’s degree from St. John’s University.

Eldean Ward
Vice President, Client Success and Support
A 13-year veteran of Intapp, Eldean Ward leads the Client Success and Support teams at Intapp and spearheads programs and initiatives to help firms achieve business objectives, gain full value from their Intapp investment, and enjoy an exceptional client experience. Prior to joining Intapp, Ward spent 18 years at Billback Systems, rising to the post of CEO. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics and Math from Andrews University.
