Ben Marzouk is the Managing Director and Group Head of the New York Region of Monroe Capital. Marzouk established the New York office for Monroe Capital and is responsible for originating, structuring, and closing leveraged transactions for sponsored and non-sponsored clients.
Marzouk specializes in providing advisory and capital market services to non-investment grade companies, financial sponsors and their respective portfolios, and companies undergoing transition. He has a broad and successful track record in and attracting profitable clients, building sponsor finance businesses, and generating revenue. Marzouk is recognized as successful banker with extensive experience in leveraged finance products, restructurings, and merger and acquisition services. He has a bachelor’s degree in economics from Emory University and a Master of Business Administration in finance from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School.
