Beverly Allen joined the Intapp Board of Directors in 2022. She currently serves as Inovalon’s General Counsel, Chief Compliance and Privacy Officer, and Corporate Secretary. In this role, Allen is responsible for the planning, management, execution, and oversight of all legal, corporate governance, compliance, and privacy matters for Inovalon and its subsidiaries. She also oversees Inovalon’s corporate compliance program.
Prior to joining Inovalon in 2016, Allen was Chief Integrity Officer at MedStar Washington Hospital Center in Washington, D.C., a nationally recognized health care provider. Allen’s previous experience also includes various leadership positions with Booz Allen Hamilton, SRA International, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, and the U.S. Department of Education’s District of Columbia Enforcement Office.
Allen is a member of the District of Columbia Bar’s Legal Ethics Committee, the board of directors of My Sister’s Place in Washington, D.C., and the board of directors of Appleseed Network. She is also a Vice Chair of the Association of Corporate Counsel’s Health Law Network. Allen received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia, a J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law, and a master’s degree from Georgetown University.
