Cloud Transformation as a Driver of Firm Value and Growth: Two Key Considerations
Long before the COVID-19 pandemic forced businesses into new ways of operating with a largely — and newly — remote workforce, a push toward the cloud was well underway: Prior to 2020, 88% of organizations had started the transition to cloud. But the events of 2020 amplified dynamics already at play and created new urgency for an accelerated digital transformation for many.
Management consulting and IT services firms have an unparalleled opportunity to provide full end-to-end strategy and delivery services for businesses looking to move to the cloud. Finding and onboarding the right advisory talent is key to this execution. But to what extent does a consulting firm’s own cloud strategy and IT infrastructure impact its ability to attract and retain that talent? And do firms that drink their own proverbial Champagne do a better job attracting and retaining clients?
Join an expert panel with leaders from Intapp and Beecher Reagan on Thursday, June 24, as we discuss two key considerations for cloud: How to create a connected, cloud-first firm, and how to recruit the best cloud consulting talent to help your clients make their own moves to the cloud.
