He brings 14 years of strategy, operations, organization, and large-scale transformation experience to FTI Consulting. Linton has worked closely with executive management teams of numerous large, multi-national corporations to help them formulate their transformation agendas and then partner shoulder-to-shoulder to deliver lasting change. In addition to client service, Linton led professional recruiting for BCG’s Washington, D.C. office and helped drive BCG’s diversity recruiting and retention efforts in North America.
