Mark is Intapp’s President for Accounting and Consulting and Chief Strategy Officer. He is responsible for our work with clients in the Accounting and Consulting markets as well as for leading the company’s strategy, planning, strategic consulting and merger and acquisition success.
He has over 25 years of strategy, operations, marketing, investments, and mergers & acquisitions experience in technology, software and manufacturing industries. For most of Mark’s career, he has held leadership and partner roles within professional services firms as well as engaged directly with the breadth of the firms Intapp serves. He has worked with hundreds of companies to develop and improve their strategy and performance as a consultant, CEO, COO, senior executive, board member, investor, and strategic coach/advisor. Most recently, he served as the President of Strategy, Investments and Marketing for Flex, a $25bn technology design and manufacturing firm. He was previously a partner at A.T. Kearney and PwC and was the founding CEO of E2open, the SaaS supply chain software firm which had an IPO in 2010.

Jose currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Product and Business Management at Intapp. A product marketing executive with experience in building, delivering, and selling software and technology platforms that transform enterprises, Jose possesses deep expertise in defining and communicating product vision, positioning complex technical solutions, creating innovative business models, building go-to-market programs, and evangelizing products to customers, partners, developers, and employees. Prior to his role at Intapp, Jose served as the Senior Director of Product Strategy and Business Development for Cloud Software Platforms at Cisco Systems. Jose holds a bachelor of arts degree in political economy from the University of California, Berkeley, and a masters of business administration in marketing and supply chain from Harvard Business School.
Alan McMillenCEO, Repstor
Alan McMillen is a hands-on CEO, bringing to bear his extensive industry experience — on both sides of the Atlantic — in steering Repstor’s product strategy. That includes targeting all customer pain points, bringing order not just to document management but also to spiralling email activity and non-compliant content sharing.
McMillen has a strong background in corporate and major account sales, sales management, partner management, and business development around IT software and hardware across many industries, including finance, government, defense, and outsourcing. He has spent around 25 years in the IT industry sales environment in the U.K., U.S., EMEA, and Asia Pacific, working both directly and with technology and business partners to drive high value sales into large private and public sector customers.

Chief Technology Officer, Repstor
Fergus Wilson is the Chief Technology Officer for Repstor, now part of Intapp. Wilson oversees all Repstor’s technology development. He is an enterprise content management (ECM) architect and delivery specialist, and Microsoft technology expert with insider knowledge from his years working for the company in Redmond, WA. He knows the continuously evolving Microsoft 365 suite inside out and how to maximize its impact in ways that feel instinctive to users.
