• Transforming Microsoft Teams for Client-Centric Collaboration

Although Microsoft Teams has empowered professional services firms to stay connected and collaborate on engagements throughout the pandemic, its out-of-the-box capabilities ultimately presented challenges to the unique, engagement-centered ways accountants, advisors, and consultants work.

Join Intapp leaders to learn how we’re working with accounting and consulting firms to deliver a purpose-built, unified framework for client-centric collaboration within Microsoft Teams that solves common challenges stemming from disconnected people, processes, and data:
– Microsoft Teams sprawl due to lack of out-of-the-box automation and governance
– Nonexistent integrations with onboarding, DMS, and FMS applications, resulting in frequent app switching
– Generic user experience ill-suited to the engagement-centric ways professionals work
