Amit Lalwani is the Head of Global Business Development at DealCloud, an Intapp Company. He is a results-driven business leader with experience using big data and technology to help the world’s leading investment banks and private equity firms optimize the flow of capital globally. With more than 15 years of deep domain experience in capital markets, Lalwani has been able to deliver enterprise wide software solutions for investment banks, helping them benchmark against peers, define strategy, identify opportunities, target potential clients, and gain market share in investment banking fees.

At DealCloud, Lalwani is focused on driving business development efforts globally to provide a unified deal management and compliance platform to investment banking clients. He has hired, managed, and led multiple teams globally across engineering, market research, project management, and professional services to deliver the most relevant enterprise software solutions for some of the world’s best know financial firms.

Lalwani received both his bachelor’s degree in business management and his master’s degree in information systems and corporate finance from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.

Ben Marzouk is the Managing Director and Group Head of the New York Region of Monroe Capital. Marzouk established the New York office for Monroe Capital and is responsible for originating, structuring, and closing leveraged transactions for sponsored and non-sponsored clients.

Marzouk specializes in providing advisory and capital market services to non-investment grade companies, financial sponsors and their respective portfolios, and companies undergoing transition. He has a broad and successful track record in and attracting profitable clients, building sponsor finance businesses, and generating revenue. Marzouk is recognized as successful banker with extensive experience in leveraged finance products, restructurings, and merger and acquisition services. He has a bachelor’s degree in economics from Emory University and a Master of Business Administration in finance from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School.

Frank Verbeek has more than 30 years of experience in international corporate finance. His sector focus is mobility and energy transition, eCommerce, and digital marketing. He has advised more than 50 companies in various industries in strategic management, business development, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate finance.

Verbeek is the founder of IMPROVED Corporate Finance and the managing partner at Drake Star Partners, where he is globally responsible for the mobility and energy transition and Smart City. He previously worked at the corporate finance boutique at First Dutch Capital where he served as a business and managing partner for more than 10 years. Verbeek received his Master of Business Administration from London Business School.
