John Hall has served as a Director and Chief Executive Officer of Intapp since 2007. He has built Intapp into a global leader in software for professional and financial services firms. Hall is a regular presenter at industry events, covering topics such as using innovation to enable client success. Prior to Intapp, Hall co-founded VA Linux Systems and helped lead the company from its startup phase to its IPO.
Chief Financial Officer
Stephen Robertson has served as Chief Financial Officer of Intapp since 2016. Prior to joining Intapp, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Axiom Law. Previously, Robertson served as Chief Financial Officer at RMS, Colo.com, and InsWeb, a publicly traded online insurance marketplace. Prior to these roles, Robertson spent 12 years in investment banking at Salomon Brothers, Alex. Brown & Sons, Smith Barney, and Lehman Brothers. He earned his bachelor’s degree in History from Princeton University and his MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer
Thad Jampol is co-founder of Intapp and has served as Chief Product Officer since 2000. Jampol is the architect of the Intapp platform and leads the company’s product vision, design and development, and go-to-market strategy. He also works with our global client base to address clients’ key challenges, including growth, operational efficiency, risk management, and client success. Jampol earned his bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of California, Los Angeles.
Chief Operating Officer
Don Coleman has served as the Chief Operating Officer at Intapp since 2003. Prior to joining Intapp, he oversaw mergers and acquisitions at Excite@Home, a pioneering provider of internet media services, which was acquired by InterActiveCorporation. Previously, Coleman served as Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Stanford Student Enterprises. He received dual B.A. and B.S. degrees in Economics and Biology from Stanford University.
Chief People and Places Officer
Michele Murgel has served as Chief People and Places Officer at Intapp since 2020, and previously served as Senior Vice President starting in 2015. Prior to joining Intapp, Murgel served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Coupons.com (now Quotient Technology), overseeing all human resources functions through the company’s initial public offering in 2014. Previously, she held executive leadership roles with Zappos, Macromedia (acquired by Adobe in 2005), and Alias Research (acquired by Autodesk in 2006). Murgel studied at the University of Toronto, Mississauga, and graduated from Humber College Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning.
Chief Marketing Officer
Scott Fitzgerald has served as Chief Marketing Officer at Intapp since May 2021. Prior to joining Intapp, Fitzgerald was Chief Marketing Officer of Duck Creek Technologies, starting in 2017. Previously, he was Senior Vice President of Marketing for BlueSnap, and Vice President of Marketing and Vice President of Product Line Manager of ACI Worldwide. Fitzgerald has also held various leadership positions at CA Technologies, Cisco Systems, and American Power. He received his bachelor’s degree from Union College and an MBA from the Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business.
President and Chief Client Officer
Dan Tacone has served as the President at Intapp since 2010 and Chief Client Officer since 2020. Prior to joining Intapp, Tacone held leadership positions in sales, marketing, professional services, and consulting at technology firms focused on the professional service industry. He served as Vice President of Sales and Chief Operating Officer of Elite Information Systems, which was acquired by Thomson Reuters, and as senior vice president at Thomson Reuters. Tacone received his bachelor’s degree from Gannon University.

Ben Harrison is the Founder of DealCloud and has served as President of Financial Services at Intapp since 2018. Prior to its acquisition by Intapp, Harrison served as DealCloud’s President and Chief Executive Officer and Chief Revenue Officer. Prior to founding DealCloud, he worked for Falfurrias Capital Partners, a Charlotte-based private equity firm, and in mergers and acquisitions advisory with Harris Williams & Co. and Edgeview Partners. Harrison received his bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he was awarded the William M. Rawls scholarship.
President, Accounting and Consulting;
Chief Strategy Officer
Mark Holman has served as President of Accounting & Consulting at Intapp since 2020, and as Chief Strategy Officer since 2019. Prior to joining Intapp, Holman served as President of Strategy, Investments, and Marketing for Flex, a technology design and manufacturing firm. Previously, Holman served as a partner at A.T. Kearney and PwC, and was the founding Chief Executive Officer of E2open, a SaaS supply chain software firm. Holman received his bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Kettering University and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Michigan.
Senior Vice President, Sales
Costa Harbilas leads the global Intapp sales teams. He joined Intapp from SAP, where he initially spent more than 3 years as the West Market Unit Chief Operating Officer before being promoted to the North American General Manager for cloud ERP business. Prior to SAP, Harbilas held senior leadership roles at Predixion Software, HP Software, Gamma Enterprise Technologies, CA Technologies, Cognos, and EMC. Harbilas earned his MBA from Pepperdine University and a bachelor’s degree from Cornell University.
Senior Vice President, Strategic Marketing
Pam Smith leads corporate positioning initiatives for Intapp and oversees the product marketing organization. Smith has held marketing strategy and business advisory roles within the technology industry for more than 25 years. She was a partner at Regis McKenna, and has served as a consultant for global industry leaders including Cisco, Xerox, IBM, and a wide variety of successful early-stage technology companies. She most recently created the initial marketing plan for Looker, which was acquired by Google for $2.7 billion. She also led the category-creation and public-filing efforts for Anaplan’s successful IPO. Smith currently serves on the advisory board of several early-stage technology companies. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Harvard University, and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
Senior Vice President and General Counsel
Steve Todd has served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Intapp since December 2015. Prior to joining Intapp, he held the position of Vice President of Legal at Thomson Reuters Elite. In previous roles, Todd served in various leadership positions at Elite Information Group, Broadway & Seymour, and IBM. He earned his bachelor’s degree from University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler Business School, and his J.D. from University of North Carolina School of Law.
Chief Accounting Officer
Kalyani Tandon joined Intapp as Chief Accounting Officer in January 2018. Previously, she held the same position at Axiom, a nontraditional provider of legal services. Her career has included leadership roles in finance and accounting at Oracle, Sun Microsystems, Hotwire, and KPMG. Tandon earned her bachelor’s degree from King’s College London; she is a certified public account and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales. She serves on the board of Silicon Valley FACES, a nonprofit dedicated to creating and promoting an empathetic and inclusive community free of bias, bigotry, and violence.
