Brenna Greenwald serves as Regional Counsel and Head of Business Acceptance at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer U.S. She leads day-to-day operations of the U.S. Legal Department and oversees the Global Legal Department Team in reviewing U.S. conflicts of interest and ethics issues. Greenwald initiated the firm’s overhaul of U.S. engagement letter and terms of business templates, and led the implementation of Freshfields’ advance waiver initiative to support firm growth in the U.S. market, increasing advance waiver compliance from 25% to 83% in 2019. Additionally, she managed the firm rollout of Intapp Terms software to catalog.
