Madaser Yousaf is a management consultant with more than 16 years’ experience assisting executive and C-suite leaders to operationalize and execute their business strategies through the successful delivery of technology-enabled, operations-focused business change programs. He has worked with leaders at some of the worlds’ largest and most prestigious law firms and financial services clients, helping them drive value from technology investments to improve the operational landscape and delivery of end-to-end client matter and deal lifecycles.
Madaser leads client delivery team in developing innovative technology as well as digital and data strategies, and setting up and managing large-scale operational transformation programs within the Intapp Strategic Consulting Practice. He joined Intapp from PwC, where he spent 10 years leading transformational change programs across a number of public sector, financial, and professional services clients.
