Maureen Leuenberger has more than 15 years of experience leading client service teams that provide software and solutions to the legal and capital markets industries. A strong believer in client care and delivery excellence, Leuenberger has managed client relationships with C-level executives at some of the world’s largest professional services firms.

At Intapp, Leuenberger directed, coached, and optimized a team of account managers who serve and develop more than 300 capital market clients. Most recently, she has created the mandate for a Client Experience function for the Operations & Finance business within Intapp, with the goal of unifying and improving our clients’ journey.

Prior to joining Intapp, Leuenberger created a global account management function within Thomson Reuter’s Business of Law group that was dedicated to servicing and growing key accounts. She previously led consulting, services, and implementation teams of progressing size and complexity, consisting of project management, technical, creative, and sales professionals.
