Paul Linton serves as FTI Consulting’s Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer and is based out of the company’s executive headquarters in Washington, D.C. Linton is responsible for supporting FTI Consulting’s business segments as they develop and drive their near-term and medium-term agendas.
Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Linton served as a Partner and Managing Director at The Boston Consulting Group, Inc. (BCG). He brings 14 years of strategy, operations, organization, and large-scale transformation experience to FTI Consulting. Linton has worked closely with executive management teams of numerous large, multi-national corporations to help them formulate their transformation agendas and then partner shoulder-to-shoulder to deliver lasting change. In addition to client service, Linton led professional recruiting for BCG’s Washington, D.C. office and helped drive BCG’s diversity recruiting and retention efforts in North America.
