Yelena Chervinsky is the Director of Risk Consulting at Intapp. As part of the Intapp Transformation Advisory team, Chervinsky provides deep functional expertise to our clients across professional and financial services industries in support of their strategic goals. This includes helping firms drive greater return on their Intapp technology investments.
Prior to joining Intapp, Chervinsky founded the Frayman Group, a leading provider of enterprise risk management software for law firms. She served as the company’s Senior Director of Risk and Consulting and later the Vice President of Risk and Consulting. She then joined Intapp after it acquired the Frayman Group in 2014.
Prior to her current role, Chervinsky spent 9 years as a Senior Principal Consultant in the Global Client Services Delivery organization, specializing in the requirements definition, solution design, and implementation of Intapp Risk solutions. She helps firms create effective and efficient new business acceptance workflows, and develops scoring models to risk assess clients and matters. She also helps develop the AI-Assisted Conflicts model training, working with firms to establish appropriate programs for tracking clients commitments. And she helps firms in their transformation of the risk operations and processes.
