Ben Harrison is the Founder of DealCloud and has served as President of Financial Services at Intapp since 2018. Prior to its acquisition by Intapp, Harrison served as DealCloud’s President and Chief Executive Officer and Chief Revenue Officer. Prior to founding DealCloud, he worked for Falfurrias Capital Partners, a Charlotte-based private equity firm, and in mergers and acquisitions advisory with Harris Williams & Co. and Edgeview Partners. Harrison received his bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he was awarded the William M. Rawls scholarship.

Tony Hill joined Trivest in 2019. In addition to co-leading the firm’s business development team, Hill spearheads a number of strategic initiatives such as the firm’s retained buy-side search program and independent sponsor initiative. Prior to joining Trivest, Hill co-founded two technology companies. One of these companies, Dealnexus, was acquired by Intralinks and grew into the largest online deal sourcing network for mid-market mergers and acquisitions (M&A) professionals in the world. Before launching Dealnexus, Hill was Vice President of Investment Banking at Cross Keys Capital. He also previously worked at Siemens AG in Germany. Hill received a bachelor’s degree in finance and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Florida.

Paola Yawney started her career in private equity in 1998 as a member of Tricor Pacific Capital’s investment team. At Tricor (and its successor, Parallel49 Equity), Yawney held concurrent roles in investment transactions, business development, investor relations, and compliance. She was involved in all aspects of the firm’s business as it grew from managing $50 million to $500 million in committed capital. Later during her tenure, Yawney led the business development function, executing a strategy that significantly increased deal flow.
Prior to Tricor, Yawney was the Philippine Property Sector Analyst for ABN AMRO Investment Bank, responsible for coverage of leading publicly listed real estate companies. At ABN AMRO, she also provided investment advice to international institutional investors.
Yawney holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Ateneo de Manila University in the Philippines. After graduating, she undertook an in-depth internship with the Aso Group in Fukuoka, Japan. Yawney also holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Pepperdine University in California.
Richard LeeDirector, M&A
Richard Lee is a Director at KPMG U.K. He previously served as the organization’s People Leader on the Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) team. In that role, Lee worked directly with the M&A partners and the wider leadership of KPMG, and was responsible for around 170 colleagues across 12 offices in the U.K. Lee received his master’s degree in engineering from the University of Bristol.
