Lavinia currently leads marketing and business development solutions at Intapp. In this role, Lavinia maintains global responsibility for driving growth and success for her business unit, focusing on serving the technology needs of marketing and business development professionals in the legal, accounting, and consulting sectors. Prior to joining Intapp, Lavinia served as the CMO for OnePlace (acquired by Intapp in May 2019), and before that as CMO for an IP law firm with offices in Australia and New Zealand.

Claus currently serves as the CIO at Plesner law firm in Copenhagen. With more than 20 years of experience in the IT and digitization sector, and three years at Plesner, Claus has deep experience in providing IT services for the professional services industry. In his role at Plesner, Claus is driving a strategic project focused on utilizing data and modernizing the CRM platform to provide a user experience that better aligns with the ways that lawyers prefer to work, empowering them to deliver a better client experience. Claus holds a bachelor of science and master of science degree from Copenhagen Business School in business administration and computer science.

Gareth Thomas, Practice Group Lead of the Intapp Marketing & BD Practice in EMEA has been working with law firms to deliver successful solutions in technology and innovation for over 20 years. In his role at Intapp Gareth works closely with Marketing and Business Development leads within law firms to align their growth requirements to the Intapp Industry Cloud. Prior to working at Intapp, Gareth was the VP Sales in EMEA at OnePlace, the Sales Director at iManage RAVN and the Sales Director at Tikit.
