As road warriors were grounded and the traditional M&A landscape upended, capital markets firms of all shapes and sizes used time in home offices as an excuse to finally operationalize for the long term. Whether they’re executing on digital transformation projects, decreasing administrative burden, or automating repetitive processes, firm leaders have successfully improved productivity and deal outcomes despite uphill challenges and an uncertain market outlook. In this session, a panel of capital markets firm leaders will discuss how they’ve created and implemented streamlined workflows and processes.
