Law 360 (March 2, 2021) – For nearly 20 years, Intapp Inc. has provided software and business applications for professional companies, financial services and several BigLaw firms.
During that time, the company sold its software to firms both via cloud computing and on-premises, sometimes called on-prem, meaning it runs on servers in the organization’s own location.
But in January, Intapp stopped selling on-premises services to new clients and shifted to remote servers only.
