Beverly Allen joined the Intapp Board of Directors in 2022. She currently serves as Inovalon’s Chief Legal Officer, Chief Compliance and Privacy Officer, and Corporate Secretary. In this role, Allen is responsible for the planning, management, execution, and oversight of all legal, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and privacy matters for Inovalon and its affiliated entities. She also oversees Inovalon’s corporate compliance and privacy programs.
Prior to joining Inovalon in 2016, Allen was the Chief Integrity Officer at MedStar Washington Hospital Center in Washington, D.C., a nationally recognized health care provider. Allen’s previous experience also includes various leadership positions with Booz Allen Hamilton, SRA International, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, and the U.S. Department of Education’s District of Columbia Enforcement Office.
Allen is also a member of the District of Columbia Bar’s Legal Ethics Committee and the board of directors of Appleseed Network, a nonprofit network of justice centers across the United States and Mexico. Allen received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia, a J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law, and a master’s degree from Georgetown University.
