With DealCloud, Alpaca Real Estate has transformed its investment processes by standardizing the evaluation of more than 600 deals across three strategies: distressed trophy multifamily preferred equity, suburban townhome forward purchases, and last-mile industrial logistics. The team has captured more than 4,000 comparable transactions in a structured, searchable format, greatly improving data accessibility.

Enhanced pipeline visibility has allowed Alpaca Real Estate to screen 625 deals, underwrite more than 400, advance more than 40 to diligence, and issue seven term sheets in just two years.
