Cambio Communities is a property management company in the manufactured housing space that owns and operates mobile home communities across the U.S., with a majority in the Midwest. Founded in 2020, they are currently operating 40 properties consisting of more than 10,000 mobile home sites.

From scattered systems to streamlined The process starts with the Acquisitions team, which uses Intapp Properties to source, track, and monitor as many deals and opportunities as possible. From there, a committee collectively reviews each deal and determines whether it warrants further pursuit.
Deals that advance move first to underwriters for due diligence, then on to the Executive team to view the financial model and all supporting deal information within Intapp Properties before making a final decision.
This funnel system lets each department focus on their roles without switching between systems or hunting for information. With full visibility across every opportunity, Cambio can be confident it’s pursuing the right deals.
