From proof to production: building your firm's agentic AI playbook

Workshop

Agentic AI has moved from future-state concept to active deployment, with leading firms already using it to drive profitability, accelerate revenue growth, and deliver consistent quality at a scale that wasn’t previously possible. The “always on” nature of these systems means firms can do more without adding headcount, but the gap between proof-of-concept and production remains wide.

This hands-on workshop opens with a focused look at where agentic AI sits today: what it can reliably do, where the boundaries are, and what genuinely separates pilots from production. From there, participants break into small groups to pressure-test real use cases across business functions, including knowledge management, client intake, business development, and finance operations. Each group brings their findings back to the room to build a live, crowd-sourced playbook from the collective experience in the session.

Key takeaways:

  • A clear-eyed view of where agentic AI is creating immediate business value today, and where the practical boundaries still sit
  • Pressure-tested use cases across core firm functions, drawn from the collective experience and priorities of peers in the room
  • A practical framework for building and sequencing your own firm’s agentic roadmap
