Sanjeev Gandhi, Vice President and Head of Strategic Consulting
Sanjeev Gandhi leads Intapp Consulting, working closely with law firm leaders on technology, change management, and data strategies to improve profitability and focus on client success throughout the client-matter lifecycle. He brings over 20 years of experience to Intapp, including 17 years at PwC. Sanjeev was previously a senior member of PwC’s consulting practice and focused specifically on the legal sector over the last seven years.
Kian Poon, Director, Strategic Consulting
Kian has deep experience in operations transformation, leading a number of transformation programs focused on delivering enhanced client-centric services.
He works closely with chief officers and their teams to transform their business operating models to meet changing client and market demands. In particular, Kian has worked with some of the world’s largest professional services firms to develop their approaches to clients and market development, front office services modernization and business-enabling support services.
Madaser Yousaf, Director, Strategic Consulting
Madaser Yousaf leads the Technology Strategy and Architecture team within the Intapp Strategic Consulting practice. He joined Intapp from PwC where he spent the last 10 years leading the delivery of technology enabled business change across a number of public sector, financial, and professional services clients.
His recent focus has been working closely with the leaders in some of the world’s largest professional services firms in transforming and modernizing their businesses and delivery of core services through the implementation of innovative technology and digital strategies.
John Vance, Director, Strategic Consulting
John is a director in the Intapp consulting data practice. He works closely with firm leaders to help organizations better consume data as an asset throughout the matter lifecycle. He has experience in data strategies, master data management, and business intelligence. Before joining Intapp, John spent several years at PwC applying these skills across a number of industries before focusing on the legal industry.
Richard Baskerville, Director, Strategic Consulting
Richard Baskerville has over 15 years experience helping firms create competitive advantages through the better use of technology, data, and process simplification.
He specializes in areas of change which have a direct impact on the fee earning community thus helping firms find new and innovative ways to grow revenue. He therefore helps firms undertake change where the business leads and technology enables.
Ryan McCrosson, Director, Strategic Consulting U.S.
Ryan focuses on the development, refinement and collective understanding of broader partnership strategy including designing and executing the transformational components required to achieve these strategic goals. Prior to joining Intapp, Ryan was a practicing attorney in a federal trials and appeals practice. Thereafter, Ryan joined KPMG’s strategy and transformation group developing the strategies and driving end-to-end transformations for large government initiatives and scaled global partnerships.

Ryan co-leads the U.S. Strategic Consulting team for Intapp. He has over 20 years of experience advising Fortune 500 and mid-market clients on aligning their business and execution strategies on critical, large-scale operational and technology initiatives in order to increase revenue, productivity and customer satisfaction.
Ryan has deep experience in financial services and capital markets, focusing on areas such operating model development, transformational program leadership and product & capability launches.
