Seasoned CFO brings 30 years of experience to Silicon Valley legal software company
PALO ALTO, Calif., March 10, 2016 – Intapp, a global leader in legal software, today announced the appointment of Steve Robertson as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Robertson is a senior executive with a proven track record in driving strategy and creating value for high-growth technology companies through corporate development, mergers and acquisitions, raising private equity and taking companies public.

Steve Robertson joins Intapp from Axiom Law, a provider of tech-enabled legal services, where he served as CFO. Prior to joining Axiom, he served as Executive Vice President and CFO of RMS, the world’s leading catastrophe risk modeling company, where he helped drive an increase in revenues from $40 million to $300 million and substantial ongoing profitability. Before his 18-year career as a CFO, Mr. Robertson worked for 12 years as an investment banker. He holds an MBA in Finance from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
