Intapp Preparedness and Current Plans during the COVID-19 Pandemic

The purpose of this statement is to provide information to you, our clients, on Intapp’s operational readiness and current plans regarding the global Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.

With the continually changing conditions and reports, we have established a COVID-19 response team led by senior Intapp leaders.

As the COVID-19 pandemic evolves, our number one priority is the health and safety of our clients, our employees, their families and communities. Due to the global nature of our business we are monitoring the situation daily and putting in place precautionary measures to mitigate risks to each of these constituents.

Travel and Work Policy

We have issued a travel ban covering all international and all domestic travel and have shifted entirely, across our global organization of 700+ individuals, to a Work from Home policy. In addition, we have replaced our in-person events and conferences with digital experiences.

Engaging with our clients

We are instructing all employees to offer our clients and partners, virtual meeting options instead of on-site meetings as a way to eliminate non-essential travel – even when local. Our employees are taking the proactive approach of reaching out to our clients and partners on Intapp event attendance, on-site service and consulting engagements and meetings to organize remote options or determine if the meeting needs to be rescheduled.

We have taken the precautionary measure of postponing Intapp Connect, our largest gathering of our clients and partners in New York and London to the Autumn / Fall period – the new dates will be published shortly. In addition, we are moving our popular Community of Success (user group) events and Risk Round Tables to remote events rather than group gatherings in various cities while the COVID-19 situation continues.

In summary, until further notice, for everyone’s health and well-being and in compliance with both Intapp’s and our clients’ visitation policies, Intapp staff will only meet with clients remotely.

Assuring continuity of service to our clients

A key priority for Intapp is ensuring the seamless continuity of our clients’ business operations. We have business continuity plans in place to support this goal.

Distributed Intapp workforce

We have a global workforce of 700+ employees across a number of locations: Palo Alto, California; Charlotte, North Carolina; Newark, New Jersey; Atlanta, Georgia; London and Manchester, UK; Kiev, Ukraine and, Sydney, Australia. Following a successful Work from Home stress test on Friday 13 March, we have shifted Intapp’s entire operations to a Work from Home methodology until further notice.

Provision of support and professional services

These services are typically provided remotely for all Intapp-lead projects as well as for ongoing support. Our support engineers and our solution engineers are all able to continue this work while based in their own home office.

Resilience of Intapp infrastructure and capability to support remote employees

To support agile working, Intapp maintains a state-of-the-art, cyber-resilient IT infrastructure in the cloud offering high availability and redundancy. Our systems are monitored 24×7 with our global team across 3 geographies ready to assist with any client concerns or issues. We utilize industry leading encryption and security protocols to enable secure access to our data and systems from anywhere in the world.

Resilience of cloud hosting services

Many of our clients have on-prem deployments of Intapp products which put the ongoing availability of the solution under client control supported by the continuous availability of Intapp support services which are currently being executed, without interruption, from the homes of our support engineers.

For our clients that utilize the Intapp Secure Cloud, Intapp uses a resilient architecture with components provisioned in multiple AWS availability zones within the selected region, with an automated fail-over process in place in the event of a failure of one of the availability zones. Intapp also has a comprehensive disaster recovery plan that addresses the actions Intapp will take in the event of an extended service outage.
