LegalTech News - Legal Tech's predictions for the business of law in 2023
Katrina Jasaitis, Senior Solutions Consultant at Intapp shared her thoughts on the importance of approaching process improvement in a way that prioritizes people with LegalTech News for an article on what to expect from legal tech spending, ALSPs, legal ops, and more in the next year. In the article, she says:
“Innovative law firms are finding ways to bridge the gap between the business and practice of law, gaining new momentum with human-centered design, which is an approach to process improvement that prioritizes people. For example, more and more firms are instituting innovation roles that don’t necessarily sit within the IT departments or are particularly IT-focused. Titles such as practice and client solutions consultant, data manager, knowledge strategy advisor and more are reshaping law firm org charts in an effort to better meld the practice of law with technical and business operations.”
