Industry visionary to establish Intapp strategic advisory boards and help lead company through next phase of growth

PALO ALTO, Calif., August 4, 2016 – Intapp, a global leader in legal software, today announced that industry visionary Ralph Baxter has joined its board of directors as a non-executive member. Ralph Baxter, former Chairman and CEO of Orrick, is a leading advisor, writer and speaker on the legal profession and has been recognized as one of the “Top 50 Big Law Innovators” by The American Lawyer. In his new role at Intapp, his responsibilities will include formalizing and leading a set of strategic advisory boards.

For 23 years, Mr. Baxter served as Chairman and CEO of Orrick, leading the firm’s significant growth and transformation into a top-ranked global law firm with more than 1,100 lawyers in 25 offices across the US, Europe and Asia. He currently serves as Chairman of the Thomson Reuters Legal Executive Institute, and is a board member and advisor to several technology companies, law firms and corporate law departments. He is a Senior Advisor and member of the Advisory Board at the Stanford Law School Center on the Legal Profession. In 2013, The American Lawyer named Ralph Baxter one of the “Top 50 Big Law Innovators of the Last 50 Years.”
