Derek Schoettle

Derek Schoettle has served on the Intapp board of directors since February 2020. Schoettle joined Great Hill Partners, where he serves as the Growth Partner, in 2019. Prior toGreat Hill Partners, Schoettle served as Chief Executive Officer of Zoom Information, a B2B data and business information solutions provider. Previously, he served as General Manager at IBM and Chief Executive Officer of the NoSQL database-as-a-service (DBaaS) provider. Schoettle served as chief executive officer of Cloudant, which was acquired by IBM in 2014. He is a member of the Forbes Technology Council, a board member of The Mass Technology Leadership Council, an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at The Blank Center at Babson College; he is also active in a number of Boston-area startups. Schoettle received a bachelor’s degree from Dickinson College and an MBA from Babson College.
