Georgina Pawley graduated from Manchester University with a degree in Modern Languages, and is accredited in Human Resource Management from The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). As a headhunter, Pawley acts as a trusted adviser to her clients and is called upon as a subject matter expert pertaining to human capital strategy and recruitment in the digital transformation space. She currently works for Beecher Reagan Advisors where she leads the Global Technology and Diversity and Inclusion practices, and is equally passionate about both.
Pawley’s recent experience includes leadership-level hires such as board and advisory roles, global and divisional C-level positions with a focus on technology-enabled transformation initiatives, as well as partner- and managing director-level hires requiring deep industry specialization across professional services, private equity, and fintech and insuretech.
