James is the Client Experience Director for Intapp Risk & Compliance. James joined Intapp in 2012 following an extensive career in the legal field, having worked more than 15 years at various firms including Squire Patton Boggs, Jones Day and Baker Botts. Throughout his time in the industry, James has focused upon the area of risk management with specialization in new client intake and conflicts management. During his tenure at Squire, James managed a team of over 80 risk professionals and undertook the implementation of firm-wide policies and practices for intake, conflicts, anti-money laundering, audit letter response, regulatory compliance, records management and docketing.
