Jonathan Molina

Jonathan Molina is the Deals Senior Manager at PwC. He currently provides advisory services through the PwC Deals platform to a variety of clients, both private equity and corporate, across buy-side and sell-side transactions. Molina has experience in industrial products, transportation and logistics, consumer markets, and manufacturing. He has worked with a variety of diligence workstream — including financial, tax, insurance, and contract closing mechanism — to address the unique needs of every client engagement.
Molina is a licensed CPA in the state of Florida and has significant knowledge of U.S. GAAP, IFRS, and, through his auditing experience, U.S. GAAS.
