Lindsay Barthram

Lindsay Barthram is the Director of Client Intake​ at Wilson Allen. He has worked in the legal sector for more than 25 years, specializing in providing business and technology strategies to professional services firms. Barthram has worked on many different types of projects across the globe, primarily focusing on the implementation of new core business systems such as Thomson Elite, LexisOne, and Aderant. He most recently led the successful transformation program to implement LexisOne at Fieldfisher LLP. Barthram’s specialties include strategic review, selection, change management, implementation, business process review, Lean Six Sigma, development, training, and support.
