Roger Flower Jr.

Roger Flower Jr. has served in senior leadership roles in law firms for more than 25 years, providing strategic guidance and leadership to firm leaders, lawyers, and all levels of staff. As Chief Operating Officer, Flower leads the business management of Thompson Coburn. He supervises the efforts of a team of skilled business professionals responsible for the finance, technology, marketing, operations, human resources, and other business functions of the firm. As the ranking administrative officer, Flower works directly with the firm Chairman on internal and external business priorities. He is a member of the firm’s Executive and Management Committees and ex-officio to all other firm committees.
