The DCMi Partner Program Training is designed to equip partners with the skills, tools, mindset, and confidence needed to drive sustained client engagement and business development at scale. The program includes:

• Activator Measurement System: Skill adoption tracking at 3, 6, and 12 months post Skill Development Workshop training, with roll-up reports and Activator diagnostics at the 12-month checkpoint to benchmark progress and results.
