The following terms and conditions apply to the above products.
 
Customer represents and warrants it has an agreement in place with FactSet Research Systems Inc. (together with its current and future affiliates and successors and assigns “FactSet”) for use of data or services from or relating to FactSet (collectively, “FactSet Services”). Customer will immediately notify Intapp in the event Customer has breached the foregoing warranty (including at any time after receiving access to the FactSet Services. Customer’s use of the FactSet Services is subject to Customer’s agreement(s) with FactSet and the Intapp Parties have no obligations under the Agreement with respect to FactSet or the FactSet Services. The Intapp Parties make no warranties with respect to (and there are no implied warranties with respect to), and will not in any way be liable for, inaccuracies, errors, omissions, delays, availability (or lack thereof) credits, damages, claims, liabilities, expenses, costs or losses, regardless of cause, in or arising from the use of the FactSet Services. Customer’s use of the FactSet Services is solely at Customer’s own risk.
