The following terms and conditions apply to the above products.

S&P Intapp OnePlace Marketing & Business Development

1. Notwithstanding anything in the Agreement to the contrary, Customer agrees: (i) for each third-party integrated software, technology or data feed (if any), Customer shall not, and shall ensure no third party will, use the data resulting therefrom in combination with any software product other than the Intapp software product expressly permitted hereunder (including, where applicable, in the event there are multiple Intapp software products, limiting such use to the applicable product and applicable approved users); (ii) data resulting from third-party integrated software, technology or data feed(s) (if any) may only be accessed by authorized users of the Intapp software product expressly permitted hereunder; (iii) notwithstanding (ii), and if applicable, data obtained through Intapp OnePlace Marketing & Business Development may not be used for purposes of venture capital, private equity, investment management and/or investment banking, nor is Customer permitted to share such information with any firms, companies, or personnel (including, without limitation, its affiliates, authorized users, and other internal or external personnel) whose activities include the same; and (iv) upon the expiration or termination of the Customer’s license to use such integrated software, technology, data feed, Customer shall remove all data resulting therefrom (including any portion thereof, including any copies thereof), from any and all electronic systems (except as required by applicable laws)).

S&P Non-Intapp OnePlace Marketing & Business Development

1. Notwithstanding anything in the Agreement to the contrary, Customer agrees: (i) for each third-party integrated software, technology or data feed (if any), Customer shall not, and shall ensure no third party will, use the data resulting therefrom in combination with any software product other than the Intapp software product expressly permitted hereunder (including, where applicable, in the event there are multiple Intapp software products, limiting such use to the applicable product and applicable approved users); (ii) data resulting from third-party integrated software, technology or data feed(s) (if any) may only be accessed by authorized users of the Intapp software product expressly permitted hereunder; and (iii) upon the expiration or termination of the Customer’s license to use such integrated software, technology, data feed, Customer shall remove all data resulting therefrom(including any portion thereof, including any copies thereof), from any and all electronic systems (except as required by applicable laws)).
