Eloy previously worked at HarbourVest Partners, where he implemented a deal management technology stack and led strategic initiatives that reshaped how global investment teams manage more than $20 billion in annual deal flow. In 2025, Eloy co-founded Hydrata, a mobile IV therapy and wellness shot provider serving greater Boston.
