Dr. Titus Albrecht is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS) and Co-Founder of realxdata. He currently serves as the EMEA Business Development Lead at Moody’s Analytics CRE. In this role, Albrecht and his team are responsible for the firm’s CRE Portfolio Manager (CPM) platform in EMEA. CPM ingests proprietary unstructured real estate data, and aggregates, normalizes, and enriches it to create systematic efficiencies for analyzing CRE portfolio performance.
Albrecht started his career at EY Real Estate, where he concentrated on real estate valuation, transaction management, and restructuring of real estate funds. From 2012 to 2016, he was responsible for portfolio management at Union Investment Institutional before founding realxdata in December 2016. In September 2021, realxdata was acquired by Moody’s Analytics.
