Rudy Saad is the Senior Managing Director, Global Head of Private Equity at Intapp. He joined Intapp from Investcorp, a $50 billion global private markets investor, where he was a Partner & Managing Director.
With over two decades of private equity experience, Rudy has more than 10 years of investing experience – from deal origination and execution, to post-acquisition value creation and exit. He also has more than 10 years of fundraising experience – from capital formation and relationship management, to secondaries and co-investments.
Recognizing the immense potential for innovation in private markets, he led the development of a fintech platform at Investcorp, served on the FinTech Bay Advisory Board, focused his graduate studies on the sector, and was awarded the Leader in FinTech endorsement for Global Talent by the UK Government.
Rudy currently serves as a Guest Lecturer on Private Equity at McGill’s Faculty of Management and is a Judge Panelist for the Oxford Private Equity Competition. He holds a BA from McGill University and an MBA from Oxford University.
