Rudy Saad is the Senior Managing Director and Global Head of Private Equity at Intapp. He previously worked at Investcorp, a $50 billion global alternative investor, where he served most recently as Partner and Managing Director. Recognizing the immense potential of innovation in private market operations, Saad also led the development of a financial tech platform at Investcorp.
Saad has more than two decades of experience in private equity and wider private markets, and more than 10 years of investing experience — from deal origination and execution, to post-acquisition value creation and exit. He also has more than 10 years of fundraising experience, including strategy and capital formation, fund closings, secondaries, and co-investments.
