Sahil Rattan is the Vice President of Applied AI for Intapp. He was previously the COO of TermSheet, a provider of real estate software, which he co-founded in 2020. Intapp acquired TermSheet — now Intapp Properties — in 2025. Rattan earned a bachelor’s degree in economics and finance from the University of Southern California.
